Enjoy the fun of a field trip without arranging transportation to a separate venue.The Sensory Grove brings a complete hands-on sensory experience directly to your preschool, daycare, school play space, local park, homeschool gathering, or approved community location. Each mobile field trip is planned around the children’s ages, group size, learning interests, available space, and support needs. Children can explore through scooping, pouring, digging, sorting, building, creating, and imaginative play.

Every playdate includes age-appropriate sensory activities, coordinated materials, play tools, delivery, setup, cleanup, and up to one hour of sensory play.
Little Explorers Visit
3 Sensory Play Stations

A smaller mobile sensory experience created for one classroom or an intimate group.
Recommended for up to 10 children.
Includes:
• 2 coordinated sensory play stations
• One signature learning theme
• Age-appropriate sensory materials
• Scoops, bowls, tongs, and play tools
• Delivery to your selected location
• Complete setup and cleanup
• Up to 60 minutes of sensory play
Mobile Storybook Grove

Recommended for up to 16 children.

A personalized mobile sensory experience for multiple classrooms, larger programs, extended visits, or groups that need scheduled rotations.
Pricing is based on attendance, location, number of stations, program length, staffing, and the number of rotations needed.

How Booking Works
1. Choose a Location
Select your school play space, classroom area, reserved park space, or approved community location.
2. Send an Inquiry
Share your preferred date, location, number of children, age range, theme ideas, and available space.
3. Plan the Experience
We’ll recommend the best package, activities, program length, and setup for your group.
4. Learn Through Play
The Sensory Grove will arrive before the scheduled start time to prepare the complete mobile experience.
Important Information
Teachers, staff members, parents, or caregivers must remain present and actively supervise children throughout the field trip.
Participating schools and programs are responsible for maintaining their required adult-to-child ratios.
Activities may include water, food-based ingredients, messy materials, or small sensory pieces. Please share allergies, sensitivities, mouthing concerns, accessibility needs, and classroom accommodations before the visit.
For park bookings, the customer or hosting organization is responsible for reserving the space and obtaining any required permissions.
Outdoor experiences may be adjusted, rescheduled, or relocated due to rain, strong wind, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions.
Travel or parking fees may apply outside our regular service area.
