Your sensory tables work well for children ages 3 and up. You can also adjust the setup for the age range at your event. For younger children, we use larger pieces and simpler invitations so the play feels safe, calm, and easy to enjoy.

Yes! Slime Grove is a great option for older kids, usually ages 5+.
It gives kids a hands-on slime-making experience where they can mix, stretch, create, and customize their own slime to take home.

No. Your sensory play can welcome every child. The Sensory Grove creates inclusive setups that support sensory seekers and neurodivergent children, while still feeling fun, gentle, and engaging for all little learners.

Each setup is thoughtfully planned based on the age range, event details, allergies, sensitivities, and all materials being used are non toxic.
Because sensory play may include loose materials, textures, tools, or small parts, adult supervision is always required during play.

Please have a clean, flat space ready when we arrive. If your event is outdoors, a shaded spot helps. We review setup needs with you ahead of time so everything feels smooth and easy.

We bring the sensory tables, materials, tools, and themed details, then style the setup before play begins.

Does someone stay during the event?

Standard packages include setup and cleanup, but they do not include someone staying for the full event.
If you would like extra support, a Grove Guide may be added for an additional fee to help supervise the sensory area, refresh materials, and guide play.

Travel fees may apply depending on event location.

When does my booking become official?

Your booking is not confirmed when you send an inquiry. Your date is reserved once your event details are confirmed and your deposit is paid.

What happens if there is bad weather?

For outdoor events, please have a backup plan in case of rain, high wind, extreme heat, or unsafe weather.
A shaded, flat, and safe setup area is recommended.
