Services

The Sensory Grove provides mobile sensory play table setups for parties, playdates, schools, vendor markets, community events, nonprofit events, and other child-focused celebrations.

Services may include sensory tables, themed materials, play tools, slime party options, add-ons, setup, and cleanup depending on the package selected.

Booking Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm your booking.

Your event is confirmed only after your date, location, package, event details, pricing, and deposit have been finalized.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total package price.

Final payment must be completed before the event begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing

Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on location, package size, theme details, materials, number of children, travel, add-ons, extended time, and event needs.

Any additional fees will be discussed before your booking is confirmed.

Setup & Cleanup

Setup and cleanup are included with every package.

The Sensory Grove will arrive before the scheduled playtime to set up and style the sensory area. Once the event is complete, we will pack up the setup and materials.

Standard packages do not include someone staying for the full event unless Grove Guide supervision is added for an additional fee.

Supervision

Adult supervision is required during all sensory play.

The Sensory Grove setups may include loose materials, textures, tools, fillers, liquids, slime, or small parts depending on the package and age range. Parents, guardians, or event hosts are responsible for supervising children during play unless Grove Guide supervision has been added.

Play-Safe Reminder

We do our best to choose thoughtful, age-aware materials based on the information provided before your event.

Please share any allergies, sensitivities, choking concerns, behavioral needs, or important notes before your booking is finalized.

The Sensory Grove is not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or unsafe use of materials.

Event Space Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, flat setup area.

For outdoor events, shade is strongly recommended. A backup plan may be needed for rain, wind, extreme heat, or unsafe weather.

The Sensory Grove may refuse or adjust setup if the space is unsafe or unsuitable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be available depending on our calendar and must be approved by The Sensory Grove.

If unsafe weather affects an outdoor event, we will do our best to work with you on a backup plan or reschedule option when possible.

Damage or Missing Items

Clients are responsible for helping keep materials, tools, bins, tables, and setup pieces within the sensory play area.

Additional fees may apply for damaged, missing, stained, broken, or heavily misused items.

Slime Grove

Slime Grove is recommended for older children who can safely participate with slime materials and follow simple directions.

Adult supervision is required. Slime may stain certain surfaces, fabrics, clothing, or materials. The Sensory Grove is not responsible for damage caused by slime after it leaves the designated play area or after children take slime home.

Photos & Social Media

The Sensory Grove may ask permission before taking or sharing photos or videos from an event.

We will not intentionally post identifiable photos of children without permission from a parent, guardian, or event host.

Clients may tag or share The Sensory Grove on social media.

Website Use

All website content, including text, photos, branding, package names, designs, and graphics, belongs to The Sensory Grove unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce our content without permission.

Third-Party Links

This website may include links to third-party websites or social media platforms. The Sensory Grove is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites.

Changes to Services or Terms

The Sensory Grove may update packages, pricing, policies, availability, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
