The Sensory Grove provides custom sensory play setups for parties and events. Because each booking requires planning, materials, prep time, travel, and reserved calendar space, our refund policy is based on the details below.
Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total package price.
Your date is not reserved until your event details are confirmed and your deposit has been paid.
Final Payments
Final payment is due before the event begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If final payment is not received, The Sensory Grove may be unable to provide services for the event.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your event, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable. Any refund of additional payments will depend on the timing of the cancellation, materials already purchased, prep work completed, and event details.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible.
Rescheduling may be available depending on our calendar and must be approved by The Sensory Grove. If approved, your deposit may be applied toward a new event date.
Weather
For outdoor events, please have a backup plan in case of rain, high wind, extreme heat, or unsafe weather.
If weather makes the setup unsafe, we will do our best to work with you on a backup plan or reschedule option when available. Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related cancellations.
Custom Materials
Some events may require custom materials, themed items, slime supplies, party favors, signage, or special add-ons.
Once custom materials have been purchased or prepared, those costs may not be refundable.
No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the event space may result in forfeiture of payments made.
